Purchase orders must specify both a shipping and billing address, the
preferred shipping method and a purchase order number.
Please include all relevant information on the purchase order such as:
Products ordered
Quantity
Name, phone & email
Billing address
Shipping address
Shipping method (Ground, 3-day, 2-day, Overnight)
Shipping and Handling:
If shipping and handling charges have not been assessed for your
order, they will be included on your invoice. Shipping charges are to
be approved by the buyer before the order is shipped.
Military Post Office Addresses (APO / FPO)
ProDataPlus.com ships to all Military Post Office Addresses.
All packages will be sent via the U.S. Postal System. The post office
requires us to hand deliver packages being sent to APO/FPO addresses
so there may be a 24-48 hour delay in processing your order.
"AE", "AA" and "AP" The APO/FPO "states" of "AE", "AA", and "AP"
are the only legitimate states to use for an APO/FPO addresses. It is
common knowledge that you can use "NY" for "AE", "CA" for "AP", and
"FL" for "AA", but you run the risk of having your credit card rejected
because the billing address they have on file (with AA, AE or AP for the state)
does not match what you submitted online.
Please use the proper state code for your order!
Applicable Taxes:
If the shipping destination of the order is located in California, 7.25%
sales tax must be added to the order. If you are exempt from the sales
tax in your jurisdiction, please let us know by providing your tax exempt
form via email or fax and we will remove taxes from your order.
